Do you support cash on delivery(COD)?

We do not support cash on delivery (COD). Only supports online payment or bank transfer.

Can I use the discount coupon?

Sure. If you have an unexpired coupon code, you can enter the coupon code on the checkout page to enjoy the discount.

After I place an order, when will you ship it?

Most of our products are in stock. Our warehouse will send out the order within 2 days after receiving it, and the package will be packed and leave the warehouse for delivery to the logistics station.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are typically calculated based on the weight of the items, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You can see the shipping cost during checkout.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Not required for now, except in Canada and Denmark.

Secondary customs clearance and compensation issues.

The countries without compensation for secondary customs clearance temporarily include Denmark/Estonia/Romania/Sweden/Finland/France.Take risks on your own.

Return issues

Product quality issues.

If there are any issues with the product, please contact us within three days of receiving the package and prepare photos and videos so that we can verify and resolve your issue for you.

What should I do if I want to return the item?

We have a 15 day return policy that allows you to apply for a return within 15 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, labeled, and in its original packaging. And provide receipts or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please use the [email protected] Contact us. If your return request meets the conditions, we will provide you with a shipping label and return address. Items returned to us without communication and consent will not be accepted.
