1. Return Eligibility:
- Damage during delivery: If the e-cigarette product is damaged or crushed due to improper handling during shipping, we will bear all losses. We will provide a refund or resend the product.
- Opened Packaging: Once the packaging of a product has been opened, we cannot accept returns. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons, especially for electronic cigarette products.
- Second-hand Products: Products that have been used, such as opened e-liquids, e-cigarette pods, atomizers, batteries, or second-hand devices, are not eligible for return. Please ensure the product meets your needs before use.
- Opened Accessories: Opened or used accessories such as e-liquids, pods, or mouthpieces cannot be returned. These accessories are considered consumables and cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
- Customer-Induced Damage: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper handling or misuse. Please inspect your e-cigarette products upon receipt and handle them with care.
- Minor Cosmetic Defects: Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the product’s functionality (such as slight scratches or packaging damage) are not grounds for return. These are normal occurrences during shipping.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by improper use (such as using incompatible e-liquids or batteries) is not eligible for return. Please follow the provided instructions for proper use.
- Gifts or Free Items: Gifts or free items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Timeframe
- Returns must be requested within 25 days from the date of shipment. Any requests after this period will not be processed. Please inspect your vape product immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if there are any issues.
3. Refund Process
- Return Approval: If your product qualifies for a return, please email us within 25 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and labels intact.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your PayPal or bank account. It might take some time to process. If you’ve already done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Shipping Returns
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Tracking and Insurance: For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
